HCF Happy. Calm. Focused. are supplements used to nourish the neurotransmitters that help you feel good by providing amino acids and vitamins to help enrich them.
The amino acids, minerals and vitamins found in this are:
DL-Phenylalanine – L-Glutamine – Vitamin A – Chromium – Vitamin E – Vitamin B1 – Vitamin B2 – Vitamin B3 – Vitamin B5 – Vitamin B6 – Folic Acid – Vitamin B12 – Biotin – Calcium – Iron – Magnesium –Zinc
DL-phenylalanine ( a mixture of D-phenylalanine and L-phenylalanine), if you’ve never heard of it, can be found in : milk, meat, cheese and eggs and is used in this supplement. Your body doesn’t naturally make it so you must get it from foods.
Some symptoms of low phenylalanine have been: low energy, depression, and memory problems, as well as decreased alertness.
L-Glutamine ( mostly found in skeletal muscle) assists in cell hydration, metabolism, brain function, immune function, and can be used to help anxiety.
I started taking these about a month ago. I received a 90 count bottle from HCF’s company to see how I liked it and here’s what I thought:
- I had no jitters or buzz — which is good because, just like eating regular food, I got natural supplementation.
- I felt more calm — like the edge was taken off my anxiety and I could kind of just “be” and not worry as much.
- I didn’t have any physical side effects such as a sore stomach or headaches.
- The pills were very easy to take. You just take 3 in the morning on an empty (important) stomach with 8oz water and take no more than 6 daily . It helps to maximize the effectiveness.
Over-all, I’ve liked these pills. You won’t get a jolt of energy or anything crazy like that but you’ll just feel better. I feel like they did what they said. I didn’t quite feel more focused, but that’s ok. I am a very multi-tasking person, so that’s hard for me to do when I want to do 10 things at once. Lol. Definitely give them a try some time.
